Reverse Workshop by CITOPIR | Fête de la Musique 2023

Fête de la Musique is back in India from June 15th-26th with a fantastic multi-city music festival! Reverse Workshop by CITOPIR: A fun & engaging workshop emphasizing on sustainability and inclusivity by Manmeet Kaur and Flavien Martinel for children and adults in English including indoor recordings, rhyming techniques, improvisation as a tool of healing, free flow singing, conceptualization of social change in lyrics. Citopir is a fruit of two seeds Manmeet (India) and Flavien (France) respectively also known as MC Kaur and Mister Colfer. It means “Condom Is The Only Plastic I Respect” a word play used to entice discussions around conflicting parallels of human urges. As a hopeful duo they compose lyrics music and visuals beyond cultural appropriation and aspire to find their right places in the ecosystem.
